Privacy Policy

In short: Repvora keeps your training on your device. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and we don't sell data. A few optional features send the minimum needed to work, described below.
Who we are
This policy covers the Repvora app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch and this website, repvora.app. Repvora is developed and operated by Jordan Mason, an independent developer ("we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, email support@repvora.app.
Repvora is a workout journal. It is designed so that your training data stays on your device.
What stays on your device
Workouts, routines, plans, personal records, bodyweight entries, goals, notes, your companion's settings and your preferences are stored locally on your device. Repvora has no account system and does not upload this data. A backup file you export is yours and goes only where you send it.
Apple Health
If you connect Apple Health (a Repvora Pro feature), Repvora reads steps, heart rate, workouts and active energy to show them next to your training, and writes the workouts you finish. If you choose to save body scan results, Repvora writes those measurements too. Health data never leaves your device and is never sent to Repvora or any third party.
Purchases
Repvora Pro is sold through Apple's App Store. Purchases are processed by RevenueCat on our behalf. RevenueCat receives your App Store transaction details and an anonymous identifier generated for your installation, so your subscription can be restored and managed. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, workouts or health data. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Exercise videos and instructions
Exercise library and demos: the exercise catalog ships with the app and is refreshed weekly from a Repvora server, which also serves exercise demo animations (powered by WorkoutX). These requests carry an anonymous installation identifier used for rate limiting, and nothing about you or your training. Demos are kept on your device so they work offline.
AI workouts: when you ask for an AI workout, your chosen goal, level, split, duration, equipment and focus muscles are sent (with the anonymous installation identifier) to generate the session. Nothing else about you is included.
Body scan (optional, Repvora Pro): if you choose to take a body scan, the photos you take or pick, plus the height, weight, age and sex you enter, are sent through a Repvora server to WorkoutX, our body-scan provider, to estimate body composition. The provider processes the photos in memory and does not keep them; Repvora never stores your photos. Results are saved only on your device (not in backups), and you can delete them at any time. You can choose to save the results to Apple Health. Body scan results are estimates, not medical measurements.
Insights
Smarter insights run on your device with Apple Intelligence when available. Only if you explicitly turn on Use Repvora's server (Profile › AI insights) and Apple Intelligence isn't available, computed training numbers (workouts, sets, volume, exercise names) are sent through the Repvora server to Anthropic, our AI provider, to write the insight. Health data, bodyweight and notes never leave the device. You can turn this off at any time.
Notifications
Rest-timer and workout reminders are scheduled locally on your device.
Analytics and tracking
Repvora contains no advertising, no analytics SDKs and no tracking. Repvora does not sell or share data for advertising, and does not use the App Tracking Transparency identifier.

When a Pro-only feature is used, the Repvora server checks your subscription with RevenueCat using the anonymous app user ID and remembers the answer for 10 minutes. To limit abuse, the server counts sign-up requests per network address for one hour using only a one-way hash of the address; raw IP addresses are not stored.
Why we process this data
We only process the data above to provide features you ask for (for example generating a workout or restoring a purchase) and to keep the service secure and free of abuse. We do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell it.
Your choices and withdrawing consent
- Apple Health: turn access off at any time in the Settings app under Health › Data Access & Devices › Repvora.
- Camera and Photos: used only when you take a body scan; change access in Settings › Privacy & Security.
- Server insights: switch off Use Repvora's server (or AI insights entirely) in Repvora under Profile; insights then stay on your device.
- Notifications: turn them off in Settings › Notifications › Repvora.
- Optional features: AI workouts and body scans only run when you start them.
- Subscription: manage or cancel Repvora Pro in your Apple Account settings.
Deleting your data
- In Repvora, go to Profile › Delete all data to erase everything stored by the app on your device, including body scan results and downloaded demos. Deleting the app also removes its local data. Data already saved to Apple Health stays there until you delete it in the Health app.
- You can export a backup from Profile before deleting, if you want to keep a copy.
- The small records on our server are anonymous and expire as shown above. If you want them, or your RevenueCat purchase record, deleted sooner, email support@repvora.app and we'll help; for purchase records we may ask for the order ID on your App Store receipt so we can find the right one.
Children
Repvora is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
This website
repvora.app sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver and secure the site.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and describe significant changes in the app's release notes. See also the Terms of Use.
